D Gukesh continues his winning streak in Mayrhofen, Austria. He defeated IM Ahmad Ahmadzada in third round of European Chess Club Cup 2022. Vidit Gujrathi and Arjun Erigaisi also won, Vishy Anand, P Harikrishna and Nihal Sarin drew their respective games. The three teams in which the six Indians are playing - CSU ASE Superbet, Novy Bor Chess Club and TAJFUN - SK Ljubljana are among the leaders with a perfect score 6/6. Things will start heating up in the fourth round as Anand vs Mamedyarov, Fedorchuk vs Gukesh, Carlsen vs Harikrishna, Vidit vs Tari, Korobov vs Arjun and Pouya vs Nihal are on the cards in Round 4.
